The electric bicycle does not have to be registered with the DMV, and if you follow the bicycle laws, you should be able to ride this bike any place bicycles are allowed to operate (Per Federal Electric Bicycle Law H.R. 727). The Elite Electric Bicycle's large 600-watt brushless rear hub motor is installed in the center of the rear wheel and is powered by four large high-power batteries. The batteries will last for three years or more and can be re-charged more than 500 times. The electric bicycle will travel for 20 to 25 miles on a single charge and travels at up to 20 miles per hour.

The bike is also equipped with a kickstand, tool kit, cargo rack, and multiple storage areas: a large area below the seat, a large trunk, and a small area near the key.
